New Restaurant Opening: Licence IV

Licence IV is known for it's authentic french cuisine experience! After two years, they decided to switch things up and just recently moved from Griffintown to Old Montreal more specifically, at 143 Rue Saint-Paul O. It is open Monday through Thursday and Saturday, Sunday from 11 am until late at night! The perfect place for Brunch, Lunch, Dinner or late night drinks.

The new restaurant is also known as a gin bar where you can discover a variety of gins from all over the world but more specifically liquors from Quebec. For example, this cocktail is made with the wellknown BleuRoyal GIn, a dry gin made in Quebec that has the capacity to change to purple when acidity is added to this gin (tonic, citrus...). Indeed, this is a great place to discover local products we never knew existed.

In addition to having an amazing selection of gin and other drinks, they also have created a new version of their menu that is focused on freshness, quality and the traditional french cuisine. We had the chance to try out some of the appetizers and it was delicious. So delicious, that every time I tried to take a picture all the food was gone too quickly (shared platters). But just to give you an idea here is a picture that is taken by Licence IV:

How delicious?
