Tre Stelle Cookbook: Cheesy Heaven

Picnics, Barbecues and home cooked meals: all of which you must of done in the past couple months. But let's face it, sometimes it's hard to think of new recipes. Tre Stelle, a Canadian company, has created a recipe book called Hommage au Fromage with 60 recipes to celebrate their 60th anniversary. It can be downloaded for free online through their website TreStelle.ca/livredecuisine (it is also available in paper copy for $39.99 and all profits are given to front line workers). If you don't know about this company, Tre Stelle produces all kinds of cheeses such as asiago, feta, halloumi, mazzarella... and have been doing so since 1960 in Ontario.

I have always been a fan of their products (especially their parmesan cheese) and knowing that experts such as Martin Juneau, the current chef at Pastaga, have helped to create these recipes makes the book extra interesting.
